At IUSKN, all sales are final. Due to the bespoke and hygienic nature of our skincare formulations, we do not accept returns, exchanges or issue refunds.
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at iuskn@skngroup.global within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of the issue. We will promptly review and resolve your concern.
